My name is Nat and I am a Geography student. I have a lot of hobbies including tennis, badminton, cooking and reading, but above all I love travelling. This blog is really all about my travels – whether that is the familiar every day or an interesting journey.

For 19 I have been so lucky as to travel pretty far and wide:

  • England
  • France
  • Belgium
  • Germany
  • The Netherlands
  • Denmark
  • Iceland
  • Spain
  • Greece
  • Turkey
  • Cyprus
  • Italy
  • Morocco
  • Tanzania (inc. Zanzibar)
  • Seychelles
  • Vietnam
  • The United States (Florida)
  • St Lucia
  • St Vincent
  • Antigua
  • Tobago

My family all love travelling and I am so thankful that their passion has enabled me to visit a number of the countries above. Some of the more recent trips have been self-funded through my own hard work and taking every travel opportunity that comes to me whether that be through school, university or a volunteering scheme.

I’ve tried (and failed) to write a blog before, but I think the best thing to do it not to be too disciplined and too strict with myself. Posting whenever I am available, no matter how irregular that may be is an achievement in itself with all the responsibilities that there are in life.

My boyfriend Alex is a very keen photographer, so a lot of the pictures of our travels together are taken by him. Check out his Instagram and Blog to see more from him. He’s more into the photos and I’m more into the writing and remembering of all the spots we visit, so we are an ideal pair!

I hope you enjoy reading the content, looking at the photos and I hope you can gain some inspiration out of my daily travels home and away.

Photo wise, I use iPhone 5S and Canon EOS 1100D. The iPhone is great to just whip out of the pocket or to take pictures in shops, restaurants etc, but the Canon is what I use when trying to capture scenery, wildlife or when something is worth getting the higher quality.
